Personal Training Program Options


1. Hybrid Program – Virtual Live Learning & 1:1 Training at Our Facility

Curriculum: Learn 300 hours of theory and put that theory into practice at our local facility with 200 hours of practical experience. You will also be working on your own fitness goals with our renowned trainers.

Includes: 1:1 personal trainer, study materials, live virtual instruction with a professor and classmates, hands-on application of material, gym access for practical training at a local National Personal Training Institute Training Center. Includes 50 hours of free live postgraduate mentorship and lifetime job placement assistance.

Credentials: Personal Training Diploma Certification (nationally licensed by the Department of Education), Nutritionist Certification, and optional NASM-CPT/ACD (a higher-level version of the standard CPT).

When: Classes start every 6 weeks offering 6-month and 12-month schedules with day, evening, and weekend classes available. Classes are also available as recordings.


2. Virtual Program – Virtual Live Learning & Training at Any Gym

Curriculum: Learn 300 hours of theory and put that theory into practice at home or your local gym with 200 hours of practical experience. In each class session, you will review the practical that you will be performing. The practical is fully prepared with live support, interactive chat, and instructional videos to ensure correct execution. You will also be working on your own fitness goals with our renowned trainers.

Includes: Study materials, live virtual instruction with a professor and classmates, and hands-on application of material. Includes 50 hours of free live postgraduate mentorship and lifetime job placement assistance.
