He received his CSCS from the NSCA in 2014 and shortly after began his Strength and Conditioning business, Paramount Performance, while concurrently working as a physical therapy aide. Brittainy began her pursuit of education in Exercise Science and Kinesiology as an undergraduate student at Humboldt State University in 2009. As a member of the school’s track and field team she fell in love with coaching just as much as competing. She graduated with her B.S. in Kinesiology from HSU in 2013 and also walked away with the school’s 2nd best female mark in the long jump event in the programs history.
From there she went on to a graduate program in Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific, while also teaching undergraduate courses in weight training and holding the assistant track and field coaching position. It was here she also fell in love with the sport of powerlifting. In the last 5 years, Brittainy has received her CSCS from the NSCA, coached 100’s of clients and athletes in commercial and private gyms as well as online, and has worked her way into the top 30 powerlifters in the world in 2019. She comes to NPTI having worked in many gyms, hoping to create better personal trainers prepared for the ever changing fitness world.
