Preferred Background: In addition to the job prerequisites, a background in personal fitness training or athletics or sports and/or a health, wellness and nutrition background is preferred. Local resident preferred. Compensation This 30-hour per week position pays an hourly wage based on experience. The position is evaluated on a semi-annual and annual basis for performance increases. Looking for Bootcamp Instructor / North Decatur

Description:
As a member of the Pinnacle Fitness Bootcamp Staff you will be responsible for providing fitness training programs to our members to increase strength, improve stamina, to maximize fitness efficiency and improve their overall well being. We currently have 2 fitness boot camps in the Atlanta area, which are located in Smyrna and Decatur, and we are to open our North Decatur location in August. We are looking to hire a lead trainer at the North Decatur location.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive daily boot camp training programs with varied workout routines that align with the clients goals. Keep record of client’s body composition and fitness achievements.

Must be able to work the following hours (Tues, Thurs, Friday 8:30am-9:30am) (Tues, Thurs, Fri 3:30pm-4:30pm) & Possibly (Mon, Tues, Thurs 6:30pm-7:30pm) and (Saturday 8:00am-9:00am)

Additional duties
•Fitness assessments & follow up calls
•Educational/ marketing booths and seminars
•Fitness equipment cleaning
•Promote and sell boot camp training programs and services
•Help to develop & maintain a boot camp training client base

Qualifications

•Four-year degree in kinesiology, health and physical education or other related field
•Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training certification
•1-2 years personal training or program design experience

Other Location: Decatur GA
Salary: $30 per class beginning salary.
