500-Hour Personal Training Certification Diploma Program
- Curriculum: 300 hours of theory (anatomy, physiology, nutrition, business practices, program design) and 200 hours of practical gym experience.
- Includes: Study materials, live instruction, gym access, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certifications.
- Credentials: Diploma in Personal Training, Nutritionist Certification, NASM-CPT, and NASM-ACD.
- Flexible Schedules: Classes start every 6 weeks with 6-month and 12-month options, including day, evening, and weekend classes.
