Temperatures around the country have hit record highs during the past few summer seasons, and this summer isn’t expected to be any different. As a personal trainer, it’s important to make sure your clients are aware of the risks of overdoing it, especially in conditions that their bodies may not be used to. The goal of physical fitness is to be healthy, so be sure you and your clients are doing everything you can to keep yourselves safe in the summertime.
