The benefits of building and maintaining muscles are endless. Muscle building exercises can help protect your bones, reduce risk of injury, improve blood-sugar, aid in weight loss, improved mental health and sleep quality; to name a few

  • Mix up the muscle groups you work everyday. Don’t skip leg day!
  • Rest Your Body- A proper night sleep is crucial for not only muscle building, but for your health in general. Studies show that adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep.
  • Eat a Well-Balanced Diet- Your diet should consist primarily of foods that are high in protein like: rice, pasta, oatmeal, vegetables, chicken, lean beef, tuna and beans.
  • Be Consistent- Commit to your fitness program and push yourself every single workout. Try to make some kind of improvement each time you hit the gym.
