Our friends at NPTI Ohio demonstrate a different way to do a bicep curl in this video.

This towel bicep curl move is more interactive than just repeatedly lifting weights. Your partner can adjust how strongly he or she is holding the towels, which allows you to have a variety of resistance without having to switch your weights out. This move also provides your partner with some good strength work, as he or she attempts to add resistance to the towel.
